All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to change if project scope or conditions differ from initial evaluation.

Contracts

All work is performed under written contracts that specify the scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment terms. Changes to the original contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• A deposit may be required to begin work on larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may be subject to additional charges as specified in the contract
• We reserve the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid services

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to work areas during scheduled times
• Removing or protecting valuable and fragile items
• Providing utilities (electricity, water) as needed
• Obtaining necessary permits if required
• Informing us of any hazardous materials or conditions
• Making timely payments according to contract terms

6. Our Responsibilities

Artistic Illusions Studio is responsible for:

• Providing professional painting services as specified in the contract
• Using quality materials and proper techniques
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
• Completing work in a timely manner
• Cleaning up work areas upon completion
• Standing behind our work with appropriate warranties

7. Warranties and Limitations

Workmanship Warranty

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual contracts. Warranty periods vary by service type and are detailed in your contract.

Limitations

Our warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

8. Cancellation and Changes

Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed, materials ordered, and scheduling impacts.

Project Changes

Changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, or government regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our insurance coverage provides additional protection as outlined in our policies.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee, in accordance with Tennessee state law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Artistic Illusions Studio and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

13. Website Use
